Billing questions
How do I pay?
By card, on the secure page of Paddle, our online reseller and merchant of record. Prices are shown before tax, and any sales tax is added at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and we email you ahead of every renewal with the date and the amount.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. Paddle sells the subscription, so Paddle charges your card and emails you a receipt for every payment, with any sales tax listed. Questions about a charge can go to Paddle or to us.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Full refund within 14 days of your first payment: write to us at hello@withloopy.com, or ask Paddle, and you get all of it back. After that, canceling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. To cancel, open Account in Loopy Studio and tap Manage subscription, which opens Paddle's secure page.
What changes if I pay yearly?
You pay for 10 months and get 12, billed once. Your listing limit is still monthly and resets every month.
What counts as a listing for the month?
Each listing prepared for marketing in a month counts once. Going out in another format, on more than one network or in a new attempt doesn't count again.
Can my team use it?
Yes. The largest plan lets more people use the same account, each with their own login. Only the account admin can change the plan and the brand. Each plan's card above shows how many people it includes.
