Does Loopy Studio create my profile?
No. You create the profile on Google, and Google verifies it. Loopy Studio shows you each step and has the details ready to copy: your brand name, the right category, your phone number, your website link and a description. Google asks you to confirm the business is yours, almost always with a short video recorded on your phone, and approval takes a few days. When Google approves it, you connect the profile to Loopy Studio just once.
What goes on the profile every week?
The same listings that go out on your social media. Loopy Promotion posts a photo of the listing to your profile, with the caption and a Learn more button that takes the client to the listing's page on your website, where they can text you. People who find your profile on Google Search or Maps see your recent listings, instead of a profile that hasn't changed since the day it was created.
Why does the profile need care?
A profile that never changes looks like a business that closed. And a profile with a city in the name, a virtual office address or extra keywords stuffed in can get suspended by Google. The Loopy Studio guide warns you before that happens: only your brand name in the name field, the cities and neighborhoods you serve instead of an address that isn't yours, and your website in the right field.
How do I ask past clients for a review?
You copy the review link from your profile and paste it into Loopy Studio, which writes a message ready to send by text, or to copy into an email. Send it to every client you worked with: Google doesn't allow asking only the happy ones. Reviews from real clients are what make someone trust an agent they haven't met yet. And every new review stays on your profile, which is yours, not on a listing portal.
What do you still handle?
Verifying the profile once with Google, replying to reviews and answering the people who reach out. The profile posts go out on their own, along with your social media, and each one takes the client to the listing's page on your website.
